1. Operator
This website (antalyashuttles.com) and the airport-transfer service offered through it are operated by Mete Olcaydu — Antalya Shuttles, registered in Antalya, Türkiye.
2. Bookings
A booking is confirmed only after we send a written confirmation by email or WhatsApp. The fixed price quoted at the time of booking will not change, except if you request additional services (extra stops, additional luggage, etc.) after confirmation.
3. Payment
You can pay online by card at the time of booking, or in cash to the driver on arrival in EUR, USD, GBP or TRY. We do not store full card details.
4. Cancellation
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time. Cancellations within 24 hours are charged at 50% of the trip price. No-shows without notice are charged in full.
5. Flight delays and changes
We track inbound flights live. If your flight is delayed, your driver will wait at no extra charge. If you change your flight, please notify us via WhatsApp as soon as possible.
6. Liability
Our service is operated by Tursab-licensed drivers and insured vehicles. Our liability is limited to the booking price for any service-related issue. We are not liable for delays caused by force majeure (weather, road closures, strikes, etc.).
7. Child seats and luggage
Child seats are provided free of charge — please request them at the time of booking. Standard luggage allowance is one large bag plus one carry-on per passenger; oversize items require advance notice.
8. Disputes
Any dispute will first be addressed by direct communication. Unresolved disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the Antalya courts (Türkiye).
