1. Data controller

2. What we collect
To process your booking we collect: full name, email, phone (for WhatsApp), pickup and drop-off addresses, flight number, date/time, passenger count, and any notes you choose to share.
We do not store full payment-card details — those are handled directly by our PCI-compliant payment processor.
3. Why we collect it
Solely to operate your transfer: confirm the booking, dispatch the driver, contact you on the day of travel, and issue receipts. We never sell your data, never share it with marketers, and never use it for automated profiling.
4. How long we keep it
Booking records are retained for 5 years for tax and legal purposes, then deleted. Marketing emails are not sent — there is no marketing list.
5. Cookies and analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 with IP anonymisation enabled. No advertising cookies. No retargeting. You can opt out via your browser settings.
6. Your rights
Under GDPR (EU/UK travellers) and KVKK (Türkiye), you have the right to access, correct, or delete your data, and to object to processing. Email us and we will respond within 30 days.
